I don’t think mustaches really mean or signify anything. I made this blog because I think mustaches are fun to look at and put on my face, especially since I’m female. They make people smile and there are so many pictures of people doing fun things with them.

Two summers ago I had an internship at an animal park where we gave public tour of the place during the day. The other two interns and I became good friends and we all said “that’s what she said” quite a lot. In order to avoid awkward moments followed by blurting that out in front of kids and parents, we needed a code for it. I came up with using a finger mustache, and that has been spreading ever since.
